BEFORE YOU COME TO CROSSROADS
Here are a few things to know that will make your visit more pleasant. If you have any other questions,
please feel free to give us a call at
(812) 279-0131, Ext 3
Parking:
As you enter the South parking lot from Trogden Lane, there is parking in the front by Highway 37 (West), the side (South) and the back (East). Visitor and handicap parking areas are located close to the entrances for your convenience.
Greeters:
Our friendly Greeters will meet you at the door with a smile and a handshake. Feel free to ask them if you have any questions about where to go.
Ushers:
Our helpful ushers can answer any questions, get you a weekly bulletin or a visitor brochure with useful information, and help you find a comfortable seat in the auditorium.
Announcements:
General information and announcements that are not included in the bulletin will be displayed on the two large screens at the front prior to the start of the service.
Services:
A service always incorporates music, preaching, and prayer and usually last about an hour. It can include special songs by the choir, trios, duets, soloists, videos, skits, puppets, communion or more. We have a general order of service, but we are always sensitive to the move of God’s Spirit.
Music:
Our music is contemporary mixed with some traditional hymns and praise & worship. Our worship leader is accompanied by a full praise band and singers. The lyrics are displayed on the screens in the front.
Messages:
Pastor Lyndon Hopkins passionately preaches the whole truth from the Bible using several scripture references. After the message, time is given for those that wish to pray at the altar.
Childcare:
Our dedicated staff makes childcare available during the service for infants and toddlers in our two fully equipped nurseries. For older children, there are kids programs available during most services following the music.
Dress:
Our dress is casual to dressy. Some come in a suit and tie, while others prefer jeans and a t-shirt. We want you to feel comfortable.
